Since we do not keep stock, and everything we make is baked fresh, we usually require 1-2 full days after order is placed to ship Care Packages and Baked Goods. It may take as long as three days during busy order seasons or around Holidays. We also try to avoid shipping items over weekends in order to maintain optimum freshness, so if you order in the middle of the week we will generally wait until the next Monday or Tuesday to ship, unless you specify otherwise or the shipping method is via Overnight Delivery. We encourage you to let us know if there is a specific required delivery date when you place your order, and if for some reason we cannot meet that date, we will inform you when the order is placed and refund you if neccesary. If you have special requests or would like us to ship for a specific date or holiday in the future, please specify at time of checkout or send us an Email.
We always want you to be happy with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your baked goods, let us know and we will do whatever is neccesary to rectify the situation. Since we specialize in perishable goods, we do not accept Returns. However, Partial Credit or Store Credit will be issued if the items do not meet with your satisfaction…
